Satyanarayana Vratam

The Satyanarayana Vratam is the observed vow (vrata) form of worship of Lord Vishnu as Satyanarayana — the Lord of Truth. Where a puja is an act of worship, a vrata is a personal covenant: the devotee undertakes the observance with fasting, discipline, and sincere resolve, offering not only ritual but a renewal of their commitment to truth and gratitude.
